What we collect
Account information (name, email), and the operational data you enter or connect: invoices you upload, sales figures synced from your point-of-sale, inventory counts, product catalogs and related business records.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: computing your costs, generating your reports and sending the notifications you configure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you or anyone else.
Who processes it
Data is hosted with Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (application delivery). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Invoice images are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to extract line items. Transactional emails are delivered by Resend.
Cookies and website analytics
On this public website (heyjagmanagement.com) we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits: pages viewed, approximate location, device and referring site. They set cookies for that purpose. The application itself (app.heyjagmanagement.com) carries no analytics or advertising tag: your activity inside the product is not tracked by third parties. The demo booking page embeds Calendly to pick a time; the sign-up page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots; error reports go to Sentry without personal data.
Data isolation
Every organization's data is isolated with database-enforced access rules. Your staff see only your venues; no other customer can access your records.
Retention & deletion
Your data remains available while your account is active, and is preserved if a trial or subscription lapses so you can return. To permanently delete your account and data, email us and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
