Question 1

Which POS systems does Hey! JAG Management support?

Accepted Answer

Toast, Clover and Square connect natively. Any other POS works through sales report imports: CSV, PDF or even a photo of the printed report.

Question 2

How does invoice scanning work?

Accepted Answer

Photograph or upload the invoice. The AI reads every line, matches your vendors and products, updates their prices and flags increases on your dashboard. You confirm before anything is saved.

Question 3

Do I have to type in my recipes?

Accepted Answer

No. Photograph your menu: the AI drafts a costed recipe for every dish and matches it to your POS items. You validate them one by one, and only a validated recipe counts.

Question 4

How do the shrinkage alerts work?

Accepted Answer

Between two inventory counts the system computes what should be left: previous count plus deliveries minus what your POS sales consumed according to your recipes. If the count disagrees, the gap is flagged in dollars.

Question 5

Does it work for restaurant groups with several locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Venues live side by side with one switcher, staff see only their own restaurant, and pricing is simply per location.

Question 6

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most owners are running the same day: connect the POS in minutes, photograph a few invoices, and the onboarding checklist walks you through the rest step by step.

Question 7

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Every organization's data is isolated with database-enforced access rules. Your staff see only your venues, no other customer can access your records, and we never sell your data.

Question 8

Can my whole team use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, team members are unlimited. Roles keep things tidy: managers work in one venue, general managers across venues, and administrators control settings and users.

Question 9

What happens after the free trial?

Accepted Answer

Your data is kept safe. Subscribe when you are ready and pick up exactly where you left off. Nothing is deleted.

Question 10

What does Hey! JAG Management cost?

Accepted Answer

One honest price: $99 per location per month during early access. It will be $199 when the Recipes & Profitability suite ships, and early customers keep $99 for life.

Question 11

What languages does it support?

Accepted Answer

The whole product works in English, French and Spanish. Each team member picks their own language.

Question 12

Do you help with the setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Write to us and we set it up with you: POS connection, first invoices, recipes. We run our own venues on it every day.
