About us

Hey! JAG Management was born on the floor, not in a boardroom. Our founder runs bars and restaurants in Wilton Manors, Florida, and got tired of Sunday nights spent typing invoices into spreadsheets to find out, two weeks too late, that pour costs had drifted.

So we built the tool we wished existed: photograph the invoice, let the sales flow in from the POS, and see food, liquor and labor costs compute themselves. Every feature ships to our own venues first, Tropics Grille and Scandals Saloon, before it ships to yours.

We believe independent restaurants deserve the same financial visibility as the big groups, without hiring an analyst or learning accounting software.
